Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Experience in managing and resolving incidents within complex IT environments.
- Strong understanding of system change management and implementation of Requests for Change.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Skilled in maintaining and updating knowledge base articles to support troubleshooting efforts.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system reliability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
