Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and security principles.
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network problems affecting application performance.
- Familiarity with cloud-based network environments and hybrid infrastructure setups.
- Skilled in documenting network configurations, incidents, and resolutions to support continuous improvement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
