This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of components while continuously exploring innovative approaches to enhance client services. The position emphasizes adopting a cloud-first strategy and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively, fostering collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet evolving requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the development process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and asynchronous programming patterns.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Node.js.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
