- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions to enhance team knowledge and support processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system maintenance and issue resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Data Integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise-level software applications.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to understand system dependencies and impacts.
- Familiarity with data flow processes and integration points within business-critical systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in O9 Data Integration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
