Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to align data strategy with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Experience in designing and implementing data integration workflows and processes.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with data security standards and governance policies.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
