Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the application or system. This role focuses on maintaining seamless operations by ensuring that client concerns are clearly understood and addressed promptly. The practitioner dedicates time to monitoring system performance, coordinating with various teams to resolve issues, and ensuring that the application environment remains stable and efficient. Through consistent communication and attention to detail, the role supports the delivery of high-quality service and contributes to the overall reliability of the technology infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Document and track incidents and resolutions to support continuous improvement.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Strong knowledge of database backup, recovery, and performance tuning techniques.
- Experience in managing database security and user access controls.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with database monitoring tools and automation scripts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
