- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and reliability through effective design and configuration.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Strong knowledge of backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Ability to manage database security, including user access controls and auditing.
- Familiarity with database replication and high availability solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex database issues in a timely manner.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
