- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable application design.
- Experience in leading software development teams through complex project delivery.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining high-quality standards.
