- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Continuously monitor project progress and recommend improvements to optimize delivery and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle Financials modules.
- Familiarity with system development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
