- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document development processes and provide clear communication regarding project progress and challenges.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques related to financial software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software development.
