The day includes analyzing existing processes, designing or redesigning workflows, and defining organizational structures to support the function s goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with business needs and driving continuous improvement efforts are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring the business function operates efficiently from start to finish.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align business function goals with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Monitor progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based service models and their application in business function implementations.
- Experience in process analysis and redesign to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ability to define and implement organizational structures that support business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities to drive project success.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration to facilitate decision-making.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
