Project Role Description : Plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end. Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition.

In the role of Business Function Implementation Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the comprehensive execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes coordinating various activities to ensure they align seamlessly with the overarching business objectives. The role requires continuous evaluation and refinement of processes, as well as the potential redesign of organizational structures to better support business goals. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive improvements is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, ensuring that the business function operates efficiently and effectively within the broader organizational framework.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align business function goals with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
- Monitor progress and performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Experience with cloud-based service models and understanding of scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Ability to design and implement process improvements that align with business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams through complex project phases.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
