In the role of Business Function Implementation Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the comprehensive execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve strategic goals is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business function goals with organizational strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based service models and their application in business function implementations.
- Experience in process analysis and business process re-engineering to optimize operational workflows.
- Ability to design and implement organizational structures that support business objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Capability to lead and manage projects ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
