The day includes analyzing existing processes, designing or redesigning workflows, and defining organizational structures to support the function s goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with business needs and driving continuous improvement efforts are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring the business function operates efficiently from start to finish.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align implementation activities with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based service models and their application in business environments.
- Experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects within complex organizational structures.
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration across teams.
- Capability to lead teams through change management and process redesign initiatives.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
