Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for problem management.
- Document and analyze recurring issues to identify trends and propose preventive measures.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Problem Management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of issues.
- Experience with incident management tools and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Problem Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
