Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in managing end-to-end application development and deployment processes within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ configurations and integrations.
- Familiarity with best practices in software design, testing, and documentation specific to Salesforce CPQ implementations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
