The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and data integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with testing frameworks and collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, Veeva CRM.
- Strong understanding of automation testing frameworks and tools relevant to CRM systems.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Experience in analyzing test results and troubleshooting issues to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva CRM testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
