Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure that applications are effectively integrated and meet the intended functionality, while continuously refining and adapting solutions to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document design specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to customize and extend Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with debugging and optimizing application performance in cloud-based environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
