Your role is dynamic, requiring continuous adaptation to evolving project needs and close coordination with team members to deliver high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software components.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document development processes and code changes to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and event-driven programming within Salesforce environments.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce components with external systems and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize component performance for enhanced user experience.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of agile software development principles and continuous integration practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
