- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize application performance and integration.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with external systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
