Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and performance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data models to support complex reporting and analytics requirements.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes within SAP environments.
- Ability to develop and maintain scalable data warehousing solutions using SAP BW/4HANA.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting in SAP data modeling contexts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
