Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and business requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to enterprise warehouse management systems.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams in complex project environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability within SAP EWM solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting SAP EWM with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in custom software implementations.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
