Job Title: FI Consultant (AA) – SAP Associate Manager / Senior SME
Management Level: 8-Associate Manager
Primary Skill: SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting
Role Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP professional to deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, period-end close, financial reporting and integration with CO, MM and SD. The candidate will work with business and technology stakeholders on implementation, rollout, upgrade or application transformation engagements.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the senior module SME lead requirements and fit-to-standard workshops create functional or technical designs configure or guide build activities review deliverables coordinate integrations and cross-stream dependencies lead testing, defect resolution, cutover and knowledge transfer mentor team members and provide day-to-day delivery oversight.
Technical Experience: Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, period-end close, financial reporting and integration with CO, MM and SD. Experience in requirements analysis, fit-to-standard/design, configuration or development, integration, testing, defect resolution, cutover and post-go-live support is expected. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end delivery is preferred where relevant to the skill.
Professional Experience: Substantial hands-on SAP experience with end-to-end implementation or rollout exposure and demonstrated ownership of solution design, configuration or development and client-facing delivery.
Professional Attributes: Strong consulting, communication, documentation, stakeholder coordination, team guidance and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science, information technology, business, finance or a related discipline, as relevant to the role. Relevant SAP certification is preferred.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at Onsite - United Arab Emirates.
