Job Title: FI Lead (+GL) – SAP Senior Manager / Solution Delivery Lead
Management Level: 6-Senior Manager

Role Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP professional to deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, period-end close, financial reporting and integration with CO, MM and SD. The candidate will work with business and technology stakeholders on implementation, rollout, upgrade or application transformation engagements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead large and complex SAP transformation workstreams own solution strategy, estimation, delivery governance, client leadership and executive stakeholder management direct multi-location teams manage scope, financials, risks, quality and dependencies drive proposals, solutioning and capability development assure design integrity through deployment and stabilization.
Technical Experience: Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, period-end close, financial reporting and integration with CO, MM and SD. Experience in requirements analysis, fit-to-standard/design, configuration or development, integration, testing, defect resolution, cutover and post-go-live support is expected. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end delivery is preferred where relevant to the skill.
Professional Experience: Extensive SAP consulting and transformation experience with multiple end-to-end implementations or global rollouts demonstrated ownership of large workstreams, senior client relationships, delivery governance and team leadership.
Professional Attributes: Strong executive communication, commercial awareness, structured problem-solving, negotiation, people leadership and ability to make decisions in complex delivery environments.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science, information technology, business, finance or a related discipline, as relevant to the role. Relevant SAP certification is preferred.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at Onsite - United Arab Emirates
- A 15 years full time education is required.
