- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within SAP environments.
- Experience in customizing billing processes to meet diverse utility business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP billing modules.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business processes to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
