Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications meet the intended objectives is a key part of your routine. You will also spend time refining and adjusting configurations to optimize performance and usability, ensuring that the software supports the evolving demands of the business environment effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance application design and functionality.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Ensure thorough documentation of application configurations and development processes for future reference and maintenance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management processes within utility industries.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP for Utilities CRM modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP for Utilities CRM applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP for Utilities CRM and other enterprise systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
