- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and technical requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through rigorous review and testing processes.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data governance best practices within enterprise environments.
