- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system challenges and implement effective resolutions.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to production planning and control processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP production planning modules.
- Ability to interpret and analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams and business users.
- Familiarity with business process workflows in discrete manufacturing environments.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
