Job Title: Group Reporting Sr Consultant – SAP Manager / Workstream Lead
Management Level: 7-Manager
Primary Skill: SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting
Role Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP professional to deliver SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting covering consolidation master data, data collection, validation, currency translation, eliminations, consolidation and reporting. The candidate will work with business and technology stakeholders on implementation, rollout, upgrade or application transformation engagements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the SAP workstream across discovery, fit-to-standard, design, build, testing, cutover and hypercare own workplan, estimates, deliverables, risks and dependencies facilitate client workshops review solution and configuration quality manage functional and technical team members coordinate integrations, data, security and controls support proposals and reusable assets.
Technical Experience: Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting covering consolidation master data, data collection, validation, currency translation, eliminations, consolidation and reporting. Experience in requirements analysis, fit-to-standard/design, configuration or development, integration, testing, defect resolution, cutover and post-go-live support is expected. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end delivery is preferred where relevant to the skill.
Professional Experience: Strong SAP consulting experience with multiple implementation or rollout engagements and proven experience leading a module or workstream, client workshops and delivery teams.
Professional Attributes: Strong client-facing communication, analytical thinking, planning, team leadership, issue resolution and ability to manage competing priorities.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science, information technology, business, finance or a related discipline, as relevant to the role. Relevant SAP certification is preferred.

- This position is based at Onsite - United Arab Emirates.
