Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring that the application solutions align with business needs. The position requires overseeing the progress of development activities, addressing challenges as they arise, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of order to cash processes within SAP Sales and Distribution.
- Experience in configuring pricing, billing, and credit management functionalities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to sales order processing.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as Finance and Materials Management.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
