- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve complex system issues.
- Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance stability and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and diagnostic techniques.
- Ability to interpret system logs and trace errors to their root cause.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their impact on system performance.
