Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and innovation.
- Support junior professionals by mentoring and guiding their development.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Architecture Design.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, principles, and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing secure system architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security Architecture Design.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
