Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business priorities.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and optimize application performance.
- Skilled in code review processes and ensuring adherence to best coding practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
