- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and provide effective support.
- Document and communicate issue resolutions and best practices to enhance team knowledge.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to optimize system performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level software applications to ensure high availability.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to detect anomalies and prevent potential issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
