The role includes overseeing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with various stages of testing to ensure that the solutions meet the highest standards and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing processes.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their development.
- Continuously monitor and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation tools and environments.
- Familiarity with integrating automation frameworks into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Skilled in analyzing test coverage and ensuring comprehensive validation of application features.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva CRM testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
