Summary:
As a Graphic and Visual Designer, a typical day involves applying design principles and utilizing various technologies and techniques to craft visually appealing concepts that effectively communicate key sales messages across both print and digital platforms. The role requires close collaboration with diverse teams to develop innovative and client-focused creative solutions that tell a compelling visual story, ensuring that the final deliverables resonate with the intended audience and meet project objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the creative direction and ensure alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Mentor junior designers to foster skill development and encourage innovative thinking.
- Coordinate project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual assets.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design.
- Strong expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ability to create visually compelling layouts and graphics for both digital and print media.
- Experience in developing brand identities and maintaining consistency across various platforms.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition to enhance visual storytelling.
- Capability to adapt designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Design.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
