Starlims Developer

Your Role

• Lead STARLIMS support team, mentor junior consultants, ensure best practices followed and meet KPI.
• Provide technical solutioning and design guidance for new enhancements.
• Review workflows, configurations, and development deliverables.
• Strong programming skills in STARLIMS Scripting Language (SSL), Jscript, PL/SQL, Oracle/SQL Server
• Work closely with Business Analysts, SMEs, and Application Support to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Handle complex STARLIMS issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure quick turnaround time.
• Resolve integration issues with external systems and lab instruments.
• Manage large support engagements, including minor enhancements and production fixes.
  Ensure data exchange reliability and compliance with data integrity norms.
  Manage access provisioning, master data, and validated state of the system.

Your Profile

• Strong STARLIMS configuration and development expertise.
• Deep domain knowledge in pharmaceutical/biotech QC labs.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL processes and regulated environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of validation lifecycle (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Good to have exposure to automation technologies (RPA), Agentic AI
