Oracle APPS DBA

Your Role

We are seeking experienced Oracle Apps DBAs to manage, maintain, upgrade, and support Oracle environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Applications DBA activities, installation, cloning, patching, performance tuning, upgrades, and administration of mission-critical Oracle EBS environments.

• Perform Oracle Apps DBA activities including cloning, patching, upgrades, and migrations.
• Manage and maintain Oracle Application Server, WebLogic Server, Concurrent Manager, and Workflow components.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS environments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production instances.
• Perform application and database cloning activities.
• Apply Oracle EBS patches, CPU patches, and technology stack upgrades.
• Monitor application and database performance and implement tuning recommendations.
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues.
• Support audit, security, compliance, and user administration activities.

Your Profile

• Work closely with functional, technical, infrastructure, and middleware teams.
• Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.

• Hands-on experience with: Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1/R12.2, Oracle Database Administration (11g/12c/19c), Online Patching (ADOP), Rapid Clone, AutoConfig, WebLogic Server Administration, Oracle Application Server, Concurrent Manager Administration, Workflow Administration, Performance Tuning, Backup & Recovery using RMAN
• Experience in EBS upgrades, patching, refreshes, and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience in troubleshooting application and database performance issues.
• Exposure to Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and ASM environments.
