Windchill Technical Lead - Migration

Your Role • Engineering degree with 7+ years of experience in PLM data migration, with at least 3+ years in Windchill or Windchill+. • Direct experience with Windchill+ Bulk Data Migration Tool or Windchill loaders (WBM, loaders, Info*Engine-based utilities). • Proven track record executing CAD, Document, WTPart, and metadata migrations. • Windchill+ Bulk Data Migration tools • Mapping transformation logic (attributes, soft types, classification) • CAD data structures (Creo required; SolidWorks/NX a plus) • WTParts, EBOM management, CAD–WTPart associations • Strong SQL/Oracle query skills for extraction and validation. • Familiarity with scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell) for automation and data processing. • Understanding Windchill+ data model, lifecycles, workflows, and security rules. • Experience migrating from: • Legacy PDM/PLM platforms • CAD vaults • ERP engineering data Your Profile • Engineering degree with 10+ years in PLM functional consulting with strong focus on Windchill/Windchill+ • Demonstrated process mapping experience and delivery of to‑be PLM operating models. • Hands-on involvement in Windchill/Windchill+ implementations, preferably including greenfield or major transformation programs. • Proven experience with CAD integrations to Windchill (minimum: Creo; plus: SolidWorks/NX/AutoCAD).
