Cost Control (Logistics) - Engagement Manager

YOUR ROLE

• Lead end-to-end cost control across supply chain operations, ensuring achievement of financial targets, cost transparency, and compliance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Drive cost governance, invoice validation, financial reconciliation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations, procurement, and finance teams to optimize costs and improve performance

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, or cost control functions, including team leadership.Strong expertise in budgeting, cost analysis, variance reporting, financial controls, and audit compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Power BI/Tableau, and financial reporting tools.
