Roles and Responsibilites
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Delivery of engagements in GADM portfolio to delivery best in class Services based on GADM Best Practices.
• Lead team to deliver high-quality ADM services as per SLA – KPIs and within budget.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth by proposing solutions and services to clients.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to Engagement Managers to help them maximize the value of Capgemini's solutions.
• Manage engagement Financials including budget tracking, forecasting, and profitability analysis in EMonitoring and drive CIP
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues proactively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Capgemini offerings to best serve clients.
• Strong problem solver. Strong communicator. Highly collaborative.
• Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills
• Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications

Skills and Qualifications
He/ she/ they or the incumbment should have atleast 16+ years of experience in IT services with direct client engagement for delivering Application Development and Management Services.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large client engagements and cross-functional teams with good knowledge of EMonitoring.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering services in different delivery models (Fixed Price AD, AMS, Package based transformations, Agile/ Dev-ops, etc), with different technologies (SAP, Oracle, Cloud, Digital, Custom Apps, etc.) and different industries
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle complex client challenges.
• Experience in business development, including identifying and growing opportunities within existing accounts.
• Proficient understanding of IT services, software development lifecycles, and delivery models.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure financial targets are met.
• SAP Program Management Resource will assist in various SAP/ERP programs/projects related to technology and service transitions.
• Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues.
• Provide project leadership to include ability to discuss and champion the business case for change to a business audience, and actively participate and execute high value business solutions.
• Role includes program planning and deployment, budget management, P&L management, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, and software development.
• Creating and negotiating statements of work, program planning and milestone creation, financial reporting.
• Fluent in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Nice to Have Skills:
• Good command of Microsoft office suite of tools, strong experience with MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint, Clarity PM and JIRA (Agile Project Management)
• Leading multiple Scrum teams to successfully complete contracted work through constant and clear communication, strong leadership, and development of relationships amongst team members, client peer group, and all stakeholder.
• PMP certification desired
• Scrum Master certification required
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
