Oracle Planning Cloud Functional SME

Role • 10–15 years of SCM experience, including 5–8 years in Oracle Cloud SCM. • Must have led at least 2+ large-scale enterprise assessments and end‑to‑end transformation programs. • Proven experience in Cloud readiness, Fit‑Gap, process re-engineering, and best practice advisory. • Strong exposure to multi-country rollouts, global process design, and complex integration landscapes. • Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. • Deep functional expertise across multiple Oracle SCM Cloud modules • Strong business architecture and consulting skills • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills • Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments with high ownership
