About this role
Your Role
- Own end‑to‑end SAP ALM across Build, Run, Enhance, and Sunset
- Lead SAP AMS delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and stable operations
- Govern ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) and compliance
- Manage SAP releases, transports, and hybrid Agile delivery models
- Act as primary client interface, owning roadmap, risks, and financials
Your Profile
- Overall 12-14 years experience only.
- Strong ALM leadership with SAP Run + Enhance ownership in AMS models
- Engagement / Delivery Management (EM) – client governance, SLAs, financials
- Experience managing enterprise SAP production landscapes
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC (functional or technical exposure)
- Exposure to ITSM (ITIL), Agile/SAFe, and SAP ALM tools
