SAP Service Management Functional Consultant

Your Role:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Service Management implementations, enhancements, and support projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and service processes.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP Service Management solutions, including service orders, service contracts, warranties, and field service operations.
• Configure and integrate SAP Service Management with related modules such as SD, MM, PM/EAM, CS, and Fiori applications within the S/4HANA landscape.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver end-to-end solutions, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Your Profile:

• 6 to 12 years of overall SAP experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service Management and related service processes.
• Strong functional knowledge of service order management, service contracts, warranty management, installed base, resource planning, and service execution in S/4HANA.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, integration testing, and user training activities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in global and cross-functional project environments.
