Your Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) Consultant to design, implement, and support cloud-based HR solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to configure, enhance, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in alignment with organizational HR processes.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC).
• Expertise in:Data Models (Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model), Business Rules Framework, Workflows & Event Reasons, Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  Knowledge of: Position Management, Foundation Objects (FO), Employee Lifecycle Management
• Experience in implementations and support projects.Understanding of HR business processes.Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Import tools, migration templates).Basic knowledge of integration (APIs/Middleware like CPI).

Your Profile

• Experience in other SAP SF modules, such as:Time Off / Time Sheet, Performance & Goals (PMGM), Recruiting / Onboarding
• Exposure to SAP HCM (On-Premise) systems.
• Knowledge of SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or middleware tools.
• Reporting experience with Ad Hoc Reports, Story Reports / People Analytics
• Familiarity with Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Experience in global HR implementations.
• Knowledge of compliance and localization requirements.
