Your Role

• We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with SAP consulting experience to design, implement, and support Compensation and Variable Pay solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
• The consultant will collaborate with HR, Compensation & Benefits teams, and business stakeholders to streamline compensation planning processes, configure reward programs, and ensure alignment with organizational compensation strategies.
• The role involves requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support while driving best practices across global compensation and performance management processes.

Your profile

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.Design, configure, and implement Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
• Gather business requirements and support salary, bonus, and incentive planning processes.Configure compensation templates, budgets, eligibility rules, and workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver solutions.Integrate Compensation with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.Prepare functional specifications and support custom developments.
• Provide user training, production support, and issue resolution.Participate in global implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification and strong stakeholder management skills are preferred.
