About this role
Your Role:
- Act as the SAP IS-Retail Lead/SME, driving the design, implementation, and optimization of retail business processes across merchandising, pricing, promotions, and store operations.
- Lead fit-gap workshops, gather business requirements, and configure SAP IS-Retail solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, POS, and E-commerce teams to deliver integrated end-to-end retail solutions.
- Provide leadership in testing, data migration, user training, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Your Profile:
- 9 to 12+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP IS-Retail and retail business processes.
- Hands-on experience in Merchandise Management, Article Master, Assortment Management, Pricing, Promotions, Purchasing, and Retail Store Operations.
- Proven experience integrating SAP IS-Retail with SAP S/4HANA, CAR, POS systems, EWM, and other retail ecosystem applications.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills with experience leading global retail transformation and implementation projects.
