About this role
Your Role
- Lead end-to-end SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP JVA solutions aligned with finance and joint venture processes.
- Configure and support JVA functionalities including Venture Master, Equity Groups, Recovery Indicators, Cutback, and Partner Billing.
- Ensure integration between SAP JVA and related modules such as FI/CO, MM, AA, and S/4HANA Finance.
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), user training, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead and mentor functional consultants while managing project deliverables and timelines.
Your Profile
- 9+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA).
- Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle SAP JVA implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas industry processes, partner settlements, cost allocations, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FI/CO, and JVA integration scenarios.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
