Job Title: SAP EAM Architect (PM / Preventive Maintenance / Work Order Management)
Location: PAN India
Grade: Director (E1) / Senior Director (E2)
Experience: 15-18+ Years

Role Summary

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance solutions on SAP S/4HANA. Drive maintenance transformation initiatives, define target-state architecture, and provide solution leadership across implementation, support, and consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end SAP EAM/PM solutions aligned to business goals.
Lead blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, architecture governance, and S/4HANA EAM best-practice adoption.
Implement and optimize Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance, Work Order Management, Notification Management, Asset Lifecycle Management, Calibration Management, and Shutdown/Turnaround processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, maintenance planners, reliability engineers, and operations teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Architect integrations with SAP MM, Procurement, Inventory Management, PS, FI/CO, Asset Accounting (AA), Digital Manufacturing, BTP, and mobility solutions.
Drive SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM), predictive maintenance, Industry 4.0, and mobile maintenance initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM) expertise.
Hands-on experience in Equipment Management, Functional Locations, Maintenance Planning & Strategies, Preventive Maintenance Scheduling, Work Clearance Management, Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Refurbishment, and Linear Asset Management.
Extensive SAP S/4HANA EAM implementation experience.
Knowledge of SAP Best Practices and Fiori applications.
Integration expertise across SAP MM, FI/CO, PS, Asset Accounting, and SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Industry Experience

Preferred: Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Energy, Mining, or Pharmaceuticals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
SAP PM/EAM certification preferred.
SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.
