About this role
Your Role
- Own end‑to‑end ALM for enterprise applications across Build, Run, Enhance, and Sunset.
- Lead AMS delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and predictable outcomes.
- Govern ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) and audit compliance.
- Drive Agile/DevOps delivery, release cadence, and continuous improvement.
- Act as primary stakeholder interface, managing risks, roadmap, and financials
Your Profile
- 12-14 Years overall experience.
- Strong ALM leadership with Run + Change ownership in AMS / AE models
- Engagement / Delivery Management (EM) – client management, governance, and financial control
- Proven experience managing enterprise production applications
- Working knowledge of .NET or SAP (either acceptable; not required to be hands‑on)
- Exposure to Agile, DevOps, and ITSM (ITIL) frameworks
